U.S. Rep. Sander Levin announces office hours

The staff of U.S. Rep. Sander Levin, D-Royal Oak, holds office hours this week in Oakland and Macomb counties.


Residents will be able to seek assistance with federal agencies, ask about legislation or issues of concern, and receive information regarding current congressional activity. Levin's staff can also assist residents with  Social Security and Medicare, Veterans benefits, immigration, tax disputes, and other issues involving federal agencies. Levin's staff will be available:

  • Tuesday, June 22, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Mount Clemens Public Library, 150 Cass Avenue in Mt. Clemens.
  • Tuesday, June 22, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Gerry Kulick Community Center, 1201 Livernois in Ferndale.
  • Tuesday, June 22, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Oak Park City Hall, 13600 Oak Park Boulevard in Oak Park.
  • Wednesday, June 23, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Roseville City Hall, 29777 South Gratiot Avenue in Roseville.
Levin is seeking re-election in November. His opponent in the Aug. 3 Democratic primary is Michael Switalski. The winner of the primary faces Republican Donald Volaric in November.

Levin represents communities in Oakland and Macomb counties. The Oakland County communities are Southfield, Lathrup Village, Oak Park, Huntington Woods, Pleasant Ridge, Ferndale, Hazel Park, Madison Heights, Royal Oak Township and part of Royal Oak.
