Latest GOP presidential nominating delegate count


  The Republican Party released its latest state-by-state delegate count in the presidential nominating race Friday.

  It shows Mitt Romney with 416, Rick Santorum with 170, Newt Gingrich with 133 and Ron Paul with 26.
  The national party lists 304 delegates as "unbound" meaning they're not committed to any candidate based on the outcome of state primaries and caucuses so far.
  A candidate needs 1,144 delegates to secure the nomination for the November race against President Barack Obama.
