U.S. Rep. Sander Levin holds office hours

U.S. Rep. Sander Levin, D-Royal Oak, holds office hours this week in Oakland and Macomb counties:

• Thursday, June 17, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Madison Heights Library, Group Study Room, 240 W. 13 Mile Road, Madison Heights.

• Thursday, June 17, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Southfield Public Library, 26300 Evergreen Road, Southfield.

Levin, the incumbent, faces Michael Switalski of Macomb County in the Aug. 3 primary. The winner of the primary appears on the November ballot against Republican Donald Volaric.

Levin represents parts of Macomb and Oakland Counties. The Oakland County communities in his district are Southfield, Lathrup Village, Oak Park, Royal Oak Township, Huntington Woods, Pleasant Ridge, Ferndale, Hazel Park, Madison Heights and part of Royal Oak.
