HOLLAND, Mich. – U.S. Rep. Pete Hoekstra, one of five Republicans seeking the GOP nomination for governor in Michigan, announced the launch of the second web ad Thursday titled “Idea Bus.”
The latest campaign ad features the story behind Hoekstra’s “Idea Bus,” a 22-foot RV the candidate is driving across the state to gather ideas from the people of Michigan. The video and microsite can be viewed at http://www.peteonthejob.com/idea-bus.

Also seeking the GOP nomination in the Aug. 3 primary are Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard, Ann Arbor businessman Rick Snyder, Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox and state Sen. Tom George. Democrats seeking their party's nomination are state House Speaker Andy Dillon and Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero.
